Common Reasons for Pending Deposits
If you have made a deposit but the funds are not yet visible in your account balance, don’t worry. In most cases, this is caused by a temporary processing delay or an issue during the payment process.
Before contacting Customer Support, please check the common reasons below and follow the recommended steps.
1. 3D Secure Authentication Failure
If you are experiencing issues with your 3D Secure code during a payment, please try the following steps:
Check your mobile number
Confirm that the phone number registered with your bank is correct, active, and able to receive SMS messages.
Request a new code
Wait a few moments and request a new 3D Secure code if the option is available.
Avoid requesting multiple codes within a short period, as this may temporarily prevent further attempts.
Check your phone connection
Ensure you have mobile signal and that SMS messages are not blocked.
Restart your phone if necessary.
Contact your bank
If you do not receive the code, the code is rejected, or you receive an error message, contact your bank.
3D Secure authentication is managed by your card issuer, and your bank can provide further assistance.
Try again later or use another payment method
Temporary issues with your bank’s authentication system may prevent the payment from being completed successfully.
2. Internet Connection Issues
A poor or unstable internet connection may interrupt the payment process.
Before contacting Customer Support:
Check that your internet connection is stable.
Refresh the payment page and try again.
Avoid switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data during the transaction.
Disable any VPN or proxy services.
Try using a different browser or device if the issue continues.
Clear your browser cache and cookies before retrying.
3. Transaction Window Closed Too Early
If the payment process was not completed within the allowed time:
Restart the payment process and complete the transaction within the given time limit.
Avoid leaving the payment page inactive for an extended period.
Make sure you have access to any required authentication methods (such as SMS or 3D Secure verification) before starting the payment.
Check your email, SMS messages, or banking app for any payment confirmation.
If funds were deducted but not credited to your account, keep the transaction reference and payment confirmation details available for investigation.
4. Payment Method Restrictions
Some payment methods may have limitations or restrictions from your bank.
Confirm that the selected payment method is supported and available in your region.
Check that all payment details have been entered correctly.
Verify whether the payment method has any transaction limits or restrictions.
Try using another available payment method if applicable.
5. Bank/Card Issuer Decline
Your bank may decline a transaction for security reasons or due to account restrictions.
Contact your bank to confirm whether the transaction was declined and the reason provided.
Check that your card is active and enabled for online payments.
Confirm that online payments, international transactions, or specific merchant payments are not restricted.
Try the payment again after confirming there are no blocks or security restrictions.
Consider using another approved payment method if the issue continues.
6. Insufficient Funds
A deposit may fail if there are not enough available funds.
Check your account or card balance to ensure sufficient funds are available.
Confirm that pending transactions are not reducing your available balance.
Check whether your bank has any spending limits that may affect the payment.
Add funds to your account/card if required and try the transaction again.
