A page will appear showing your balance, bonuses and open withdrawals.
Step 2: Select the amount and request Withdrawal
If you’re withdrawing winnings, they’ll go to the method you used to deposit the money your winning bet came from.
If you've won a prize by betting bonus funds, your withdrawal will be processed to your bank account.

Step 3: Receive Funds
Withdrawals are processed quickly, typically within a few hours, but may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Not received after 48 hours? Please contact our support team for assistance with your withdrawal.
Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?
To protect your money, you can only withdraw funds to your own bank account.
Withdrawal wasnt't allowed because there's an "amount in game".
If you request a withdrawal but it says you have an amount in game, it means part of the money you want to withdraw is still active in a game. You probably closed the game before the last spin or hand was finished. To withdraw the money, reopen the game and finish your hand. As soon as that’s done you should be able to make the withdrawal. Please contact us if you can’t find the right game, and wait until we have sorted it out before playing further.
