Can I reopen my account?

The process for reopening your account depends on how it was originally closed. Here's what you need to know.

How to Request Account Reopening

To reopen your account, contact our customer support team and let them know you'd like to regain access. They'll guide you through the specific steps based on your account's current status.

Reopening Process

Normal Closure

If your account was closed through the standard account closure process, you can request to reopen it by contacting Customer Support.

Please note that a 7-day cooling-off period applies before your account can be reopened.

Self-Exclusion

Indefinite Self-Exclusion

If your account was self-excluded indefinitely, a reopening request can only be considered after 180 days.

Once the 180-day period has passed, you may contact Customer Support to request that your account be reopened. A further 7-day cooling-off period will apply before your account can be reactivated.

In some cases, your request may be forwarded to the Responsible Gaming Team, who will review it and make the final decision.

Fixed-Term Self-Exclusion

If you selected a fixed self-exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months), your account will automatically reopen once the selected period has expired.

If your self-exclusion period has not yet ended, your account cannot be reopened before the expiry date.

Important Notes

  • Reopening is not guaranteed and depends on your account status

  • Cool-off periods are designed to give you time to reconsider
